The Belgian police arrested a 32-year old Slovak citizen who had caused the evacuation of three buildings of the European Parliament on Monday. The man was dressed in military outfit with an illegally owned firearm and a chainsaw in his car parked outside. He stated he wanted to meet with the European Parliament's President Martin Schultz but did not give any details of the scope of this meeting. Belgian law enforcement authorities will decide on Tuesday whether to press the charges of planning an attack and possessing an illegal arm against him.
