Slovak nationwide dailies saw a moderate rise in readership over the second half of 2014, according to the results of a survey that Median SK agency released on Monday. The poll showed that a third of people aged 14-79 read the latest edition of any given daily. This represented a rise of 1 percentage point over the previous period. Meanwhile, the list of the most widely read dailies in the third and fourth quarters underwent no changes when compared to the second and third quarters of 2014 being topped by a tabloid. The readership of weeklies shrank to 42 percent of the population, who read and browsed through the latest edition of one of the weeklies under review.
