Slovak magnetic field science research interests NASA

Mantle magnetic field invisibility has been a field of study in Slovakia, prepared by Slovak scientists from the Slovak Academy of Science as far back as 2012, is interesting scientists at NASA's Ames Research Centre in California. "We proceeded with more experiments after initiative came from colleagues at NASA who are pursuing a long term program to look at the effect of the earth's magnetic field on living organisms," announced Fedor Gömöry from the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the Slovak Academy of Sciences.. The aim of this project is to simulate a condition when a living organism is not within range of magnetic fields. Scientists predict that, without the magnetic field a living organism will cease to work properly. "Colleagues from NASA are watching the program for a long time, how the Earth's magnetic field affects living organisms. They need to know more in order to know what can happen for space travel, where organisms would expect prolonged time without normal or earth like magnetic fields" said Fedor Gömöry from the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
