In the first three months of 2013, Bratislava has hosted more visitors than last year, head of Bratislava City Hall's media department Daniela Rodinová informed. During the January-March period, as many as 334,000 of tourists decided to stay in the Slovak capital over night which is 26 percent more than a year ago.
"The average length of visitors' stays rose from 1.82 to 1.93 days, that is by 5.9 percent," said Rodinová. When it comes to nationalities, Bratislava sees mostly Slovak (35 percent of the total) and Czech tourists (18,942).
