Central Slovakia is set to lose further jobs since the announcement that the engineering company Way Industries, one of the biggest employers in Krupina, is to launch collective layoffs. According to the Pravda daily, almost 80 people will be left without jobs.
On top of this, some 30 staff have already received notices of redundancy as of July 1st.
