The first flight from Prague landed at Poprad-Tatry Airport on Sunday evening, marking the launch of a new scheduled service. The new route connects Prague with the High Tatra mountains and the Liptov area three times a week – on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Direct flights between the High Tatra area and the Czech capital are thus being resumed after a 15-year hiatus. The service will create new opportunities for the winter and summer seasons, long weekends, business trips, students and family visits.
