Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) travelled to Bulgaria on Friday for an official visit. During his stay in Sofia, he is scheduled to meet Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev and President Iliana Iotova.
The two prime ministers will discuss the development of bilateral relations between Slovakia and Bulgaria, with particular emphasis on strengthening economic cooperation. Current European and international political issues will also be on the agenda. Fico is accompanied on the visit by Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár (Smer-SD).
