Slovakia has joined a new international project supporting Moldova's accession to the European Union.
Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár (Smer-SD) said Slovakia is ready to share its experience with EU accession, institution-building and implementation of the single market.
The six-million-euro project brings together SlovakAid, France's Expertise France and CzechAid. Slovakia will contribute expertise worth 1.75 million euros to strengthen Moldova's public institutions and improve governance of state-owned enterprises.
The project will run for three years.
