Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár (Smer-SD) met his Dutch counterpart Tom Berendsen in Bratislava on Monday, 1 June. This marks Berendsen’s first working visit to Slovakia since his appointment in February.
The talks focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Slovakia and the Netherlands, with particular emphasis on expanding economic cooperation. According to the Slovak Foreign Ministry, the Netherlands has long been one of the most significant foreign investors in Slovakia.
