The 18th annual Volunteer Week campaign (May 18–24) kicked off in Slovakia on Monday. More than 286 organizations have joined the effort, offering a record 559 volunteer opportunities.
Those interested can participate in a variety of activities—from helping seniors, beautifying public spaces, and reading to children, to assisting at shelters, community centers, or cultural institutions.
