The Slovak Government’s away-from-home session on Wednesday is taking place in the village of Lisková - Žilina-region, northern Slovakia. It is focusing on challenges in northern regions. Ministers are discussing the social and economic situation in the districts, along with proposals for improvements. Changes to Slovakia’s recovery plan are also on the agenda.
Meanwhile, the head of the Supreme Audit Office has warned of significant delays in key railway investment projects, which could affect Slovakia’s ability to meet targets and draw funding from the EU recovery plan.
