Slovak Parliament to Vote on Dozens of Bills

Lawmakers return to parliament on Tuesday, with voting on more than 50 proposals scheduled from 5 p.m., most of them carried over from March debates. The ruling coalition has agreed to back a road traffic amendment and a proposal to change voting from abroad, though further adjustments may follow. The session could run until May 7th. In total, MPs face more than 230 agenda items. However, opposition lawmakers, argue the agenda lacks measures to help people cope with economic pressures and to protect the most vulnerable groups.
