The Slovak men’s national handball team has advanced to the final round of qualification for the 2027 World Championship. Despite a 31:32 home loss to Ukraine, they secured progression thanks to a three-goal victory in the first leg.
In mid-May, they will face North Macedonia in a two-leg playoff to determine their participation in the championship.
