President Peter Pellegrini received Croatian President Zoran Milanović on Tuesday during his official visit to Slovakia. The meeting came less than six months after President Pellegrini’s official visit to Zagreb. According to the Office of the President, talks focused mainly on expanding economic cooperation between the two countries. Energy security was also high on the agenda, including the use of the Adria oil pipeline as a reliable tool for diversifying energy sources. The two presidents were also to discuss the future enlargement of the European Union to include Western Balkan countries, as well as current regional and international security issues.
