Blanár: OECD Membership Boosts Slovakia's Economy and Quality of Life

Slovakia's membership in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has played a key role in modernizing the country's economy and improving citizens' quality of life, according to Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár (Smer-SD).

Speaking on the 25th anniversary of Slovakia's OECD membership, Blanár highlighted that the country has implemented significant reforms in areas such as education, healthcare, agriculture, development cooperation, and support for small and medium-sized businesses. He also noted improvements in democratic practices and anti-corruption efforts as a result of Slovakia's involvement in the OECD.
