Slovak President Peter Pellegrini met Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić on Thursday during his visit to Uzbekistan. The leaders discussed strengthening bilateral relations, with a focus on energy cooperation and regional stability. President Vučić invited Pellegrini to visit Serbia soon. Both leaders described the talks as friendly and constructive. They also discussed the Slovak minority in Serbia and its contribution to mutual relations. Vučić thanked Slovakia for its consistent support of Serbia’s territorial integrity and European aspirations. The meeting took place ahead of the 43rd UNESCO General Conference in Samarkand, where President Pellegrini is representing Slovakia.
