Members of the Slovak and Ukrainian governments will meet this Friday in Košice’s Historical Town Hall for joint talks. Prime Minister Robert Fico said such meetings bring “good results” and praised the constructive dialogue with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and current Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko. Friday’s agenda includes cross-border cooperation, transport links, energy, defense industry, EU integration, and education. A bilateral meeting of both prime ministers will also take place. The last joint consultations were held in April in Michalovce and earlier near Uzhhorod in Ukraine.
