Beatrice Szabóová, who previously served as Robert Fico's spokesperson and headed the communications departments at the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Environment, has been appointed to the Slovak Consulate General in New York. She has previously served as consul in Spain.
According to an announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Szabóová aims to support Slovak companies in the U.S., attract new investment to Slovakia, and establish new contacts in the field of culture.
