The Anti-Crime Unit of the Office for Combating Organised Crime (ÚBOK) launched a large-scale operation dubbed FUNERAL early Monday morning. The nationwide raids are aimed at dismantling organised criminal structures, particularly in eastern Slovakia.
A total of 426 police officers participated in the operation, arresting several individuals linked to criminal gangs. Authorities conducted numerous house and premises searches. Due to ongoing legal proceedings, the police have not released further details at this time.
