MPs for the coalition Hlas-SD party will not vote to override President Peter Pellegrini's veto in Parliament, Education Minister Tomas Drucker (Hlas-SD) said on private TV channel TA3 on Sunday. He reacted in this way to a question as to how will Hlas-SD MPs approach the vetoed bills on the so-called COVID amnesties and life annuity for the prosecutor-general.
His opponent on the show, opposition MP Ivan Stefunko (PS) said that party’s MPs won't back breaking of the veto, either.
