Representatives of the South Korean company Hyundai Dymoss have told Slovak Economy Minister Pavol Pavlis about plans to boost production at the firm's plant in Slovakia, TASR learnt from ministry spokesperson Miriam Žiaková on Tuesday.
Pavlis was updated on the investment worth €23 million during his working trip to South Korea on November 12. The supplier of gearboxes and seats for the Kia Motors Slovakia plant in Žilina is planning to redesign part of its existing factory in Žilina by the end of this year and to open the new facilities in the autumn of 2015. The expansion of production at the plant will result in the creation of an additional 280 jobs.
