The European Council conclusions read: “The European Council calls on the Commission, Slovakia and Ukraine to intensify efforts towards finding workable solutions to the gas transit issue, including through its resumption.”
Radovan Geist from portal Euractive Slovakia stated for Radio Slovakia International that the fact the summit conclusions mentioned gas transit is more symbolic than substantial.
