Foreign and European Affairs Minister Juraj Blanar (Smer-SD) is set to depart for Lisbon to meet with his Portuguese counterpart on Wednesday (March 5), where they will hold talks focused on deepening mutual dialogue and exploring specific opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation.
The Slovak delegation, led by Blanar, will also be received by Portuguese Parliament Vice-Chair Marcos Perestrello and Parliamentary Committee on European Affairs Chairman Telmo Faria. The minister's agenda also includes a meeting with representatives of the Slovak expatriate community, including the co-founders of the first Slovak school and kindergarten in Portugal.
