President Pellegrini said after the Security Council meeting on Thursday that he would never question citizens' right to protest or strike, but they must do so lawfully.
He urged people to keep gatherings peaceful and not to endanger property and safety.
According to Pellegrini, the government was tasked by the Security Council to prepare a draft of measures to stabilize the situation in Slovakia in connection with the Slovak Information Service report.
The Security Council discussed information from the SIS report, which was read in the plenary session of Parliament on Tuesday.
The secret service claims to have serious information about "long-term organized influence operations aimed at destabilizing Slovakia."
