President left for official visit to Italy

Slovak President Peter Pellegrini began his first official visit to Italy on Tuesday, January 14, aiming to strengthen bilateral ties, particularly in economic and educational cooperation. Accompanied by Economy Minister Denisa Saková, Education Minister Tomáš Drucker, and representatives of business and educational institutions, Pellegrini’s agenda includes meetings with Italian President Sergio Mattarella, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and other officials. Highlights include laying a wreath at the Altar of the Fatherland, attending an economic forum, and addressing the Slovak Folk Art Ensemble's performance in Rome.
