President Andrej Kiska has signed the amendment to the Constitution of the Slovak Republic that is to ban the export of water from Slovakia. Namely, the fourth article of the Slovak Constitution was revised to state that water drawn from water resources in the territory of Slovakia cannot be transported outside the Republic via pipelines or in containers.
