One of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies ConvaTec will set up a facility in Eastern Slovakia. Michalovce will receive the multimillion dollar investment from this American company, and by next year 300 employees should be working at the site making it the largest such production facility in the region.
ConvaTec is among the leaders in the manufacture of medical devices and will deal with the production of plastic products for the health industry. They join their sister company Unomedical in the area, and will bring an estimated €10.5 million to a region
