As of Monday, August 5, there have been changes made in several leading positions in several sections of STVR. Anna Sámelová is leaving as the news director, she has not personally performed this position since the beginning of the year due to unpaid leave and a long-term internship abroad. Mária Hlucháňová, who was appointed to lead the section since January, remains in her position. "I have only had fair and professional cooperation with Ms. Hlucháňová. She therefore continues to have my full support," said Deputy general director of STVR Igor Slanina. Program service intendant of :24 Juraj Helbich will be replaced by Peter Nittnaus, who has been working in the news section since 2018. The management of Media STVR, a subsidiary of STVR, will be entrusted to Anetta Krátka, who is replacing the previous director, Miriam Kittler.
