Slovak diplomat Linda Kapustova Helbichova became the new executive director of the International Visegrad Fund (IVF) on Thursday. The IVF supports practical programs in education, science, research, culture, and cross-border cooperation among central Europe countries. Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanár expressed confidence that under Kapustová Helbichová's leadership, Visegrad cooperation will continue to thrive, even beyond the V4 borders. She has previously worked in economic diplomacy at the Foreign and European Affairs Ministry and served as the Slovak Deputy Ambassador in Switzerland and as IVF deputy director.
