The opening ceremony will take place on Friday (19 July) at 6 p.m. on the stage at the main crossroads, followed by a parade through the town. There will be about 100 stalls with various goods and refreshments and about 50 technical and entertainment attractions in the centre until Sunday (21 July). This year, delegations from Spišská Nová Ves partner towns in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic and the USA will also visit the Spiš Market. Following the cooperation between Spišská Nová Ves and the municipal district of Beijing and Shanghai, a representative of these partner cities has also accepted the invitation.
