Prof. Jan Turňa from the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information is considered a figure, who has contributed to the development of the European Union during the past 5 years. On Wednesday, 8th October he has received a European Projects Award granted by European Project Association (EPA) during the 4th annual awards ceremony in Brussels.
EPA acknowledged his outstanding contribution to the development and operation of complex information systems and other activities to promote science, research, development and education within EU.
