Slovakia's GDP should increase to 2.5 percent this year, while inflation should decrease to 2.7 percent, according to the latest projections from the Finance Ministry, presented on Thursday by the ministry's State Secretary Radovan Majersky and Financial Policy Institute (IFP) director Juraj Valachy The ministry thus improved on its previous estimate from March, when it predicted GDP growth at 2 percent and inflation at 3 percent.
