President Peter Pellegrini is set to visit the Czech Republic to meet top state officials on Wednesday, while on Thursday and Friday he'll represent Slovakia at a working meeting of the European Council in Brussels, hold talks with EU representatives and meet NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, TARS has learnt from the President's Office.
In Prague, Pellegrini will first be received by his Czech counterpart Petr Pavel. He'll then meet Vice-chair of the upper house of the Czech Parliament Jiri Drahos and lower house Chair Marketa Pekarova, as well as Premier Petr Fiala.
His agenda in Brussels will include meetings with European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen and European Parliament chair Roberta Metsola.
