The government at its away-from-home session in Rimavska Sobota in Banska Bystrica region on Wednesday is set to deal with an analysis of the socio-economic situation and selected problems of Rimavska Sobota and Poltar districts, including proposals for improvements.
At the same time, the cabinet will discuss changing the manner of assessing the level of development of individual districts. The current criterion of unemployment rate could be extended to include other areas, such as demographic trends, access to basic utilities and the availability of public services, for instance.
