The city of Zilina declared a state of emergency on Tuesday due to an accident involving a truck and leakage of a dangerous substance from it, Zilina spokesperson Zuzana Ondrasova informed TASR on the same day. The decision was made by the crisis management team directly at the scene of the accident.
