Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) is already in home care. The Roosevelt Hospital in Banská Bystrica, where Fico was hospitalized, reported on the social network. "I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank him, because he was a disciplined patient, the team of our excellent medical professionals for their excellent work, all the armed forces for their professional approach and all the people for the strong positive energy they sent to us," said hospital director Miriam Lapuníková. On Thursday (May 30), the Prime Minister underwent further check-ups at the Roosevelt Hospital in Banská Bystrica, which confirmed the positive development of his health after the assassination attempt. The rehabilitation process is set to begin these days. According to the hospital, it will be physically demanding and time-consuming.
