The health condition of Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) after last week's attack is stable with a slight improvement. The Roosevelt Hospital in Banská Bystrica, where Fico is hospitalized, reported this on a social network. "We believe that this development will continue," the hospital added. Fico was seriously wounded by a 71-year-old man after last week's cabinet meeting in Handlová. The perpetrator is being held in custody by the Specialised Criminal Court.
