Restrictions on Ukrainian agriculture products are meaningless because they take 2022 and 23 as a benchmark, rather than export levels from before the start of the war.
Agriculture Minister Richard Takac said this wouldn‘t help. "We're pretending here that something has been done. But in truth, nothing has been done,” he said.
