After the regular cabinet meeting on Wedensday, Prime Minister Fico made several announcements.
His cabinet is planning to meet with the Ukrainian government on the 11 of April in eastern Slovakia.
Slovakia wants to discuss specific projects, including a railway connection between Kiev and Košice, the reconstruction of Vyšné Nemecké border crossing, and the demining of Ukraine.
He also said the government is preparing bills to rewrite the rules on Public Procurement and the assessments of Environmental Impact.
