Thousands of people took to the streets of Bratislava on Tuesday evening, despite cold and rainy weather, to protest the government’s pro-Russian policy.
"It's necessary to say emphatically that we refuse to be collaborators with wartime Russia. We refuse to be a partner of a totalitarian regime and a state that labels Slovakia and the entire democratic world as enemies," said Rastislav Kalnovic, of ‘Peace to Ukraine‘, the civic initiative that organized the demonstration.
