The amendments to the Penal Code were published in the Collection of Laws this morning, Monday, along with the resolution of the Constitutional Court to suspend it. This means the Court can now start to examine whether parts of the bill conflict with the Constitution.
The suspension applies to all changes proposed for the Penal Code, the Law on Criminal Liability of Corporate Entities and some sections of the Criminal Procedure Law.
