Slovakia is almost one billion euros behind in payouts to farmers, says Agriculture minister Richard Takáč. He said Slovakia is the second worst in the European Union, having drawn only 63 per cent of the money it is entitled to.
He said it is the fault of the previous government, which he accused of „amateurism and incompetence."
