The Slovak and Polish Presidents agreed on the fact that the current decreased tension in Ukraine should be used for pursuing reforms in the country. Slovak President Andrej Kiska was in Warsaw for a working visit. He met with his counterpart, the Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.
The two Presidents also discussed the drop in gas supply to Slovakia and Poland and agreed on the fact that the preparation work on the joined Slovak – Polish gas pipeline that is currently being drawn up, should be intensified. Presidents Kiska and Komorowski also discussed business and investment projects of the two countries. Kiska claims there are huge opportunities in this area waiting to be utilised.
