Aside from the minutes, courts will also generate audio recordings of their sessions, according to the amendment to the Civil Procedures approved by the Government on Wednesday.
The amendment contains a set of technical measures with an eye towards speeding up and streamlining legal processes. According to the Justice Minister Borec the mandatory audio recording will lead to more cultivated speeches in courtrooms and fewer disputes as to what was really said in trials. The amendment is set to come into effect as of 2015.
