The speaker of Parliament still has not passed the bill to reform the Penal Code to the Justice Ministry. The deadline for this has not expired yet, but the opposition accused him on Monday of stalling, to prevent a review by the Constitutional Court.
The Justice Ministry has to publish the law in the so-called Collection of Laws, and Justice Minister Boris Susko said that although the bill has already been voted into law by Parliament, it would still need grammatical and editorial review. (TASR)
