The Constitutional Court has agreed to examine whether parts of the so-called Division of Powers Act are constitutional. This after an appeal by President Caputova, who objects to the move of various government agencies under more direct ministerial control. Among these the Intelligence Service, the Statistics Office and the office that supervises utilities. (TASR)
