Thursday evening saw protests again, for the fourth week in a row, directed at proposals by the government to change the criminal prosecution system. In Bratislava, the crowd was estimated at 30.000. There were also gatherings in about 30 other Slovak cities, as well as in Prague, Oslo, Paris, Krakow and Brussels, organized by Slovak members of the European parliament. One of the speakers was Eugen Jurcyka of the SaS party: "Although these people are currently in Brussels, they still feel at home in Slovakia and care about how Slovakia works.”
This was the fourth Thursday in a row that saw protests.
