President Zuzana Caputova has decided not to sign an amendment to the Division of Powers Act. She vetoed the bill earlier, after which it was re-approved by Parliament on January 16. She will ask the Constitutional Court to reject the Act, which puts several government regulatory agencies under more direct political control. (TASR)
