Prime Minister Robert Fico this morning met his counterpart in Ukraine in Uzhgorod, to talk about mutual interests. According to his coalition partner Peter Pellegrini, he will ask the EU to spend part of its 50 billion aid package for Ukraine in Slovakia. Specifically, to improve the road to the main border crossing between the two countries; or the rail transhipment facility at Cierna nad Tisou.
This evening, he is scheduled to travel to Berlin for a meeting with Chancellor Olaf Scholz. (TASR)
