The reform of the courts is not efficient or economical, said Justice Minister Boris Susko on a social platform. It was supposed to bring specialization and more efficient court proceedings, but it instead caused delays and more work. Susko says he based this conclusion on initial information from the courts.
The new court map, introduced last summer, was drawn to encourage specialization of judges in civil, commercial, criminal and family law. It did so by enlarging court districts.
